Original job description

Take the lead in shaping projects before construction begins! Preconstruction & Estimating Leadership: Experience developing conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, project pricing, and value engineering solutions. Ability to analyze drawings and specifications, assess project risks, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, and identify opportunities to improve project costs and constructability.
Business Development & Relationship Management: Proven ability to build relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to guide projects from initial pursuit through turnover to operations.

Benefits & Career Advantages

Competitive Compensation & Financial Rewards: Competitive salary, annual bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and profit sharing.
Outstanding Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, wellness programs, 401(k), and generous paid time off.
Long-Term Career Growth & Culture: Join an established mechanical construction organization with a collaborative, family-friendly environment, a strong commitment to employee well-being, and opportunities to influence major projects while building lasting client relationships.
