Our client, a well-established, multi-office civil engineering and surveying consulting firm serving communities across Michigan, is seeking a Senior Municipal Engineer to deliver infrastructure projects for cities, villages, and townships.
Responsibilities:
- Design water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and roadway improvements
- Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and funding applications
- Serve as a technical lead and client contact for municipal clients
- Support construction phase services and resolve field issues
- Mentor junior engineers and review work for quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan
- 8+ years of municipal engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
