Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel
Support business development efforts, project pursuits, and client relationship management
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and contractual requirements

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial or industrial mechanical construction project management experience
Proven success managing large, complex HVAC, plumbing, piping, or process mechanical projects
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, financial management, forecasting, and cost control
Experience with preconstruction activities, project planning, and estimating reviews
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead multidisciplinary project teams
Strong understanding of mechanical construction means, methods, and project execution strategies
Proficiency with project management and construction software platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Background

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience with Design-Build, Design-Assist, GMP, and negotiated projects
Experience within healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, institutional, or large commercial construction environments
Leadership experience mentoring teams and developing future project leaders

What's Offered

Competitive compensation package with bonus potential
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and 401(k)
Opportunity to lead high-profile commercial and industrial projects
Clear advancement pathway into Project Executive, Operations Management, or Senior Leadership roles
Strong company culture focused on collaboration, employee development, and long-term career growth
