Are you a litigator with 5-7 years of experience who is ready to take on more ownership of your cases? My client, a respected global law firm, is adding a Senior Associate to its Boston Trial & Defense practice. This is a hybrid role for someone who writes well, works independently and enjoys being on their feet.
What you'll do
- Take and defend depositions
- Argue hearings and represent clients at mediations
- Draft pleadings, motions and briefs
- Manage written discovery
- Research legal issues and develop case strategy with partners
What you bring
- 5-7 years of litigation experience (JD 2017-2020)
- Admission to the Massachusetts bar; other New England bar admissions are a plus
- Excellent legal writing
- The ability to manage your work independently
- Residence within commuting distance of Boston for a hybrid schedule
