Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado Compensation: $125K–$175K base salary Type: Permanent, Full-time
gpac is partnering with an established construction company in Colorado Springs, Colorado that wants to add an experienced Senior Estimator / Design Engineer to its team. The right person has a strong engineering background plus hands-on estimating and design experience. This is a key hire, and the company offers long-term stability, challenging projects, and room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Review plans and specifications on complex construction projects
- Build accurate, competitive estimates
- Contribute engineering design expertise from preconstruction through execution
- Work with project teams to deliver successful outcomes
What We're Looking For
- An active Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
- 6–10+ years of engineering experience
- A strong background in estimating and engineering design
- Construction industry experience (strongly preferred)
- The ability to review plans, develop estimates, and contribute to complex projects
