Senior Estimator, Alpharetta, GA
A well-established commercial drywall subcontractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead its estimating team on complex commercial projects.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor the estimating team
- Prepare Division 9 estimates for high-rise, data center, retail, and tenant fit-out projects
- Perform and review takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid
- Develop bid strategy, scopes, and qualifications
- Build relationships with general contractors
What you bring:
- 5+ years of Division 9 estimating experience
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid
- Experience on high-rise, data center, retail, and fit-out work (commercial focus, not multifamily)
- Leadership and mentoring ability
- Strong communication skills
