Original job description
One of my top clients, a commercial contractor in the OKC area, is looking to add a Senior Estimator. This role leads estimates on larger commercial pursuits. It's a good fit for an experienced estimator.
Responsibilities:
-Lead complete estimates from conceptual budgets to hard bids
-Manage subcontractor outreach and bid leveling
-Find value engineering and risk issues
-Mentor junior estimators
-Hand projects off to operations
Requirements:
-8+ years of commercial estimating experience
-Strong grasp of all building trades
-Advanced skills with estimating software
-Good communication and presentation skills
