- 7+ years in the field, including several leading crews
- Strong structural framing background
- Institutional or large commercial experience
- A related degree or equal field background

- Sequence and direct the trades
- Own the master schedule and weekly meetings
- Lead inspections and safety
- Drive punch list and turnover
- Mentor field staff
