Original job description

Senior Associate (Trusts & Estates Planning) – Central New Hampshire

3 to 7 years of estate planning, and hungry for more? A respected New Hampshire law firm with a fast-growing private client practice is adding a Senior Associate to advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

What You'll Do

  • Design and draft estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Advise on wealth transfer, gift and estate tax planning, and business succession
  • Handle trust administration and probate matters
  • Work directly with clients and their CPAs, financial advisors, and fiduciaries
  • Build and grow your own client relationships

What You Bring

  • New Hampshire bar admission, or eligibility to obtain it promptly
  • 3–7 years of trusts and estates planning experience
  • Experience serving high-net-worth clients
  • Strong drafting skills and working knowledge of estate, gift, and fiduciary tax
  • A portable book of business is a plus, not a requirement

Why It's Worth a Look

  • Mentorship – Hands-on coaching in business development to build your own book
  • Growth – A fast-growing practice with real room to advance
  • Platform – A tech-forward firm with one of the state's top reputations
  • Schedule – 4 days in office now, moving to 2–3
  • Taxes – New Hampshire has no state income tax on wages and no sales tax

All inquiries will be handled confidentially.
