A leading commercial general contractor in the Dallas area is seeking a highly skilled Scheduler with 8+ years of experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software
ā¢ Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure timelines are met
ā¢ Track progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend adjustments
ā¢ Communicate schedule updates clearly to internal teams and clients
ā¢ Support preconstruction and project planning efforts
Qualifications: āļø Minimum 8 years of experience in construction scheduling āļø Strong background in commercial ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects āļø Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred) āļø Excellent communication and time management skills
