Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a large national firm that integrates design and construction. The company is adding a Safety Manager - Commercial Construction to its team in Austin, TX. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Commercial construction safety management experience; OSHA 30 or higher.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with design and preconstruction teams
- Lead and continuously improve safety programs
- Conduct site audits, training and incident investigations
- Drive a strong safety culture with field leadership and trade partners
Requirements
- Commercial construction safety management experience; OSHA 30 or higher.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
