Safety Director

I'm partnering with a respected commercial general contractor that is looking to add a Safety Director to lead its safety program throughout the Atlanta area.

They're looking for a leader who can own the program, train and coach field teams, and partner with superintendents and leadership to keep every jobsite safe and compliant.

What You'll Do

• Lead and improve the company-wide safety program
• Conduct jobsite audits and inspections
• Develop and deliver safety training
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions
• Maintain OSHA compliance, records and reporting
• Review subcontractor safety plans

What You Bring

• Safety leadership experience in commercial construction
• OSHA 500/510
• CHST or CSP a plus
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards
• Excellent training and coaching skills
• Ability to travel to jobsites across the Atlanta area
