Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality resident-centered care in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, senior living, hospice, and related settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on each resident's individual needs and care plan.
- Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate concerns to providers and families as appropriate.
- Administer medications and treatments within applicable scope of practice.
- Coordinate care with caregivers, CNAs, providers, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.
- Support comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, emergency, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in care planning and transitions of care as applicable.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Ohio.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, hospice, home health, or senior care is preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, compassion, and teamwork skills.
