At gpac we are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Remote Recruiters / Search Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in recruiting, staffing, executive search, or business development.
No previous recruiting experience is required. We provide structured on-the-job training, coaching, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for client opportunities
- Conduct candidate outreach, interviews, and screening
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Coordinate the recruiting/search process
- Maintain accurate candidate and search information
- Manage multiple searches and priorities in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable making cold calls and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and personable approach
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
