About the Opportunity

A growing cold-formed steel (CFS) framing contractor is seeking a Regional Director of Field Operations to lead and expand its operations throughout the Southeast. This leadership role combines preconstruction site visits, regional field oversight, and remote construction management.

The ideal candidate brings strong construction operations experience, regional leadership capabilities, and a NASCLA certification to help drive project execution, operational efficiency, and continued growth across the region.

Position Overview

• 25% Regional Travel: Visit preconstruction sites throughout the Southeast to assess project conditions, coordinate planning, and support project readiness.

• 75% Hybrid / Remote: Manage construction operations, project execution, scheduling, field personnel, and regional performance from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CFS framing operations across the Southeast.

• Conduct preconstruction site visits and assess project readiness.

• Manage project schedules, labor planning, and field execution.

• Coordinate with PMs, general contractors, and field teams.

• Monitor project performance, quality, and profitability.

• Improve operational processes and resolve field challenges.

• Build and develop regional teams to support continued growth.

Qualifications

• Construction operations leadership experience, preferably in CFS framing, metal framing, or related construction trades.

• NASCLA certification required or strongly preferred, depending on licensing requirements and company needs.

• Experience overseeing multiple projects, field teams, and regional operations.

• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, preconstruction coordination, labor management, and project execution.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

• Leadership role with a growing CFS framing contractor.

• Opportunity to help build and scale regional operations.

• Hybrid work structure with approximately 75% remote construction management.
