What You’ll Be Doing

• Dominating the Region: Source and bid large-format commercial projects across industrial parks, retail centers, and institutional facilities.

• Crafting Ironclad Bids: Analyze blueprints, calculate labor/material costs, and present winning bids for major single-ply and metal systems.

• Value Engineering: Work with architects, engineers, and building owners to design roofing solutions that win against the competition.

• Closing High-Value Contracts: Lead pre-bid meetings and contract negotiations like a pro.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years estimating high-dollar commercial roofing projects.

• Expert-level knowledge of major roof manufacturer systems (Carlisle, Elevate, JM, GAF).

• Advanced takeoff skills with The EDGE, Bluebeam, or similar tools.

• Willingness to travel regionally as needed to win big business.
