gpac is partnering with an established food manufacturer seeking a first-shift Refrigeration Technician. This is an opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining reliable equipment, and supporting the systems essential to food safety and production.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor refrigeration equipment and investigate temperature or operating issues.
• Troubleshoot system problems and complete repairs within your training and authorization.
• Perform preventive maintenance to support reliable operation and reduce unexpected downtime.
• Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, and other conditions requiring attention.
• Maintain accurate inspection, maintenance, and repair records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to prioritize equipment needs.
• Follow applicable safety procedures, food safety requirements, and equipment service practices.
• Help identify recurring problems and opportunities to improve system performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial or commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• A dependable, safety-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and communicate equipment concerns clearly.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
