A highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Partner to join its Boca Raton office in a lateral capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an established attorney looking for a strong platform, sophisticated clients, quality deal flow, and the resources to continue building their practice.
What You'll Do
- Handle sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Represent developers, investors, property owners, lenders, and other real estate clients
- Manage acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and related transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client and referral relationships
- Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's Real Estate practice
What We're Looking For
- Established Real Estate attorney with significant transactional experience
- Strong background in commercial real estate matters
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, or related transactions
- Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
- Florida Bar admission in good standing
