Prepare for and lead third-party, customer, and regulatory audits; own corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through closure.
Oversee GMPs, sanitation verification, environmental monitoring, allergen control, and foreign material programs.
Manage hold and release, non-conforming product, and root cause analysis for quality and food safety issues.
Handle customer complaints and support customer quality requirements for K12 foodservice and retail private brand programs.
Lead, train, and develop the quality team; build a food safety culture across production and the floor.
Partner with production, maintenance, sanitation, and operations leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Track and report quality KPIs and trends to plant and company leadership.
