Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site property inspections and accurately assess damage on residential and commercial losses.
  • Analyze insurance policies to identify applicable coverage and build a strategy for each claim.
  • Prepare and submit detailed claim documentation, including estimates, photos and proofs of loss.
  • Negotiate settlements with carrier adjusters to secure fair and accurate outcomes for clients.
  • Serve as the client's main point of contact, with clear, proactive communication throughout the claim.
  • Partner with contractors, engineers and industry experts to support claim findings.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in Southern California.
  • Active California Public Insurance Adjuster license, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.

  • Ability to work with high-profile clients with strict professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel for inspections and client meetings.
  • Successful completion of a background screening.

What's Offered

  • Above-market base salary aligned with experience.
  • Lucrative commission structure, with total earnings potential over $250,000 annually.
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution, regardless of employee participation.
  • All the equipment and resources you need to perform at the highest level.
