I have a client, a well-established commercial general contractor in Atlanta, winning a wave of large data center and mission-critical work and adding a Project Scheduler to keep it on track.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6 from preconstruction through closeout
• Own the critical path, baseline updates, look-aheads and milestone tracking
• Track long-lead equipment and procurement like generators, switchgear, UPS and cooling
• Run time impact analyses, delay assessments and recovery schedules
• Work side by side with PMs, superintendents and subcontractors on sequencing

What you bring:

• 5+ years of construction scheduling with a general contractor or CM
• Expert in Primavera P6; Microsoft Project is a plus
• Data center, mission-critical, federal or other large commercial project experience
• Experience with schedule risk, earned value and integrated master schedules
• PMI-SP or OSHA 30 is a big plus
• Atlanta-area based or willing to relocate
