Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 Base + Benefits

Position Overview

An established commercial flooring contractor is seeking an experienced Project Sales Representative to expand its commercial market presence, develop new business, and manage key client relationships.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of commercial flooring sales experience, a strong understanding of commercial construction, and the ability to generate revenue through relationships with general contractors, architects, property managers, and commercial end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new commercial flooring projects through proactive business development.

• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and commercial clients.

• Manage the sales process from initial project pursuit and bidding through contract award.

• Collaborate with estimating, project management, and installation teams to ensure successful execution.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial projects and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial flooring sales experience preferred.

• Proven ability to generate new business and manage commercial accounts.

• Knowledge of commercial flooring products, project bidding, estimating, and installation processes.

• Strong relationships within the commercial construction industry are highly valued.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits
