Project Manager - Senior Living Construction

A respected general contractor in DFW is hiring a Project Manager for senior living projects. You'll run independent living, assisted living and memory care communities from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Manage senior living projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout and change orders
• Lead subcontractor coordination, submittals and RFIs
• Work closely with owners, operators and design teams
• Drive quality and on-time turnover

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Senior living, multifamily or healthcare experience
• Strong cost and schedule control skills
• Clear communication with owners and operators
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
