Project Manager - Retail Construction

A respected general contractor in the Chicago area is hiring a Project Manager for retail construction. You'll lead store buildouts, renovations and shopping-center work from award through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Manage retail projects from award through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout and change orders
• Coordinate owners, landlords, design partners and subcontractors
• Drive quality, safety and on-time openings
• Lead closeout, punch lists and turnover documentation

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Retail, tenant improvement or commercial interior experience
• Strong cost and schedule control skills
• Clear communication with clients and the field
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
