A residential construction firm in the Asheville area is looking for a Project Manager to join their team! This role is about 70% office & 30% field and offers a competitive salary & benefits.
PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Experience in residential construction
✔️ Background with a top production home builder preferred; custom home builder experience also considered
✔️ Strong construction knowledge
✔️ Comfortable handling paperwork and online systems/software
✔️ Able to split time between the office (70%) and the field (30%)
PROJECT MANAGER COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
💰 $90,000 - $110,000
