What You Bring
- A related four-year degree
- Several years with a commercial builder, ideally on design-led work
- Vertical commercial background
- Strong in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
What You Will Handle
- Prepare pricing, schedules and proposals
- Help owners and designers refine scope and cost
- Select trade partners and finish buyout
- Keep cost, quality and safety reports current
- Lead regular site meetings
