Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

•

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Address issues as they arise to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.

•

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and schedule performance for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
Excellent knowledge of construction scheduling and project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Work Environment:

Typically based in an office setting with regular visits to construction sites.
May require travel to project locations and occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
