Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a Northeast Ohio builder with a large multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. The company is adding a Project Manager - Multifamily Construction to its team in Streetsboro, OH. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Multifamily project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage multifamily and mixed-use projects
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
- Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
Requirements
- Multifamily project management experience.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
