A Dallas-based developer is hiring a Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-profile development projects on the owner's side.
What You'll Do
- Lead major mixed-use and commercial developments from entitlement and design through construction and turnover
- Manage general contractors, architects, engineers and consultants
- Own project budgets, schedules, draws and reporting to ownership and investors
- Drive value engineering, risk management and contract negotiations
What You Bring
- 8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor or developer
- Experience delivering large, complex projects ($100M+ preferred)
- Strong financial, contract and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred
