We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join a heavy civil contractor specializing in earthwork, underground utilities, and paving/site development.
This is a hybrid role responsible for both estimating and managing projects from award through completion, working closely with field operations to ensure safe, profitable, and on-schedule delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bids for civil projects
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of heavy civil construction experience
- Background in earthwork, utilities, and/or paving preferred
- Experience in estimating and/or project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
