Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a large regional contractor with a strong Oklahoma healthcare portfolio. The company is adding a Project Manager - Healthcare Construction to its team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Healthcare construction project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hospital additions and renovations
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
- Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
Requirements
- Healthcare construction project management experience.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
