GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a large, employee-owned regional commercial builder. The company is adding a Project Manager - Diverse Commercial Construction to its team in Indianapolis, IN. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Diverse commercial experience. A four-year degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead diverse commercial projects across healthcare, education and corporate markets
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
- Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
Requirements
- Diverse commercial experience. A four-year degree is required.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
