A respected general contractor is looking for a Project Manager to lead mission-critical builds around Douglasville and the greater Atlanta area. What You'll Do
- Lead data center projects from preconstruction and buyout all the way through commissioning and turnover
- Own the budget, cost forecasts, change orders and schedule, and keep everyone on the same page
- Partner with owners, design teams and electrical and mechanical trade partners to solve problems early
- Work side by side with superintendents to keep sites safe, productive and on schedule
- Coach and develop assistant project managers and project engineers
- Keep owners informed with clear, honest progress updates
What You Bring
- Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)
- Hands-on knowledge of heavy MEP, critical power, cooling systems and phased turnovers
- Strong scheduling, cost control and subcontractor management skills
- An approachable, team-first style and great communication skills
- A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
