A general contractor in the Chicago area is hiring a Project Manager for data center and mission critical construction.
Pay range: $130,000 - $175,000 per year
What You'll Do
- Manage data center projects, including ground-up builds and fit-outs
- Coordinate heavy electrical and mechanical scopes, long-lead equipment and commissioning
- Own budgets, schedules, procurement and owner reporting
- Lead project engineers and subcontractor teams
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Data center, mission critical or other MEP-intensive project experience (strong industrial or healthcare backgrounds also considered)
- Strong cost control, procurement and scheduling skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
