Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established, family-owned commercial roofing contractor in the Mid-Atlantic. The company is adding a Project Manager - Commercial Roofing to its team in Beltsville, MD. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Commercial roofing project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial roofing and building envelope projects
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
- Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
Requirements
- Commercial roofing project management experience.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
