Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A well-respected, employee-focused general contractor based in the region is adding a mid-level Project Manager to its Oklahoma City team. The team works on commercial, industrial, education, healthcare and design-build projects. If you have a few years as a PM and want bigger projects and real growth, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout
• Own budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, schedules and subcontracts
• Work closely with superintendents to keep jobs safe and on track
• Be the main point of contact for owners and architects
• Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs

What You Bring

• 3–8 years of project management or senior APM experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience on projects in the $5M–$40M range
• Strong scheduling, cost control and communication skills
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
