Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Build and manage project budgets, cost reports and forecasts
• Create and update project schedules with the Superintendent
• Handle contracts, buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals and pay applications
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects and subcontractors
• Keep owners and leadership informed on cost, schedule and risk

Project Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience with ground-up and renovation commercial projects
• Strong cost control, scheduling and contract skills
• Able to manage multiple projects at once
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required

Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
