GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established, mid-size Southeast commercial general contractor serving healthcare, hospitality, municipal and education clients. The company is adding a Project Manager - Commercial Construction to its team in Atlanta, GA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Commercial general contractor project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver healthcare, hospitality, education and municipal projects
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
- Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
Requirements
- Commercial general contractor project management experience.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
