A general contractor in Chicago's north suburbs is hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across Lake County and the surrounding area.
Pay range: $115,000 - $150,000 per year
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own budgets, schedules, buyout, change orders and owner reporting
- Lead subcontractors, design teams and owner representatives
- Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Strong command of scheduling, cost control and contracts
- Proficiency with Procore or similar software
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
