A Chicago-area general contractor is hiring a Project Manager to lead cold storage and temperature-controlled warehouse projects.
Pay range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
What You'll Do
- Manage cold storage, freezer and cooler facility projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate insulated metal panel, refrigeration and slab-on-insulation scopes
- Own budgets, schedules, buyout and owner reporting
- Lead subcontractors and design teams
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Cold storage, food processing or temperature-controlled facility experience
- Strong cost control and scheduling skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
