GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established commercial general contractor active in the Southeast, including industrial and logistics work. The company is adding a Project Manager (All Levels) - Commercial Construction to its team in Atlanta, GA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Commercial general contractor PM experience at the APM, PM or Senior PM level.
Responsibilities
- Manage industrial, logistics and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
- Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs
Requirements
- Commercial general contractor PM experience at the APM, PM or Senior PM level.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
