Project Manager, Elkhorn, NE
A well-established commercial drywall and interiors subcontractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial projects from award through closeout.
What you'll do:
- Manage projects from contract award through closeout
- Develop schedules and coordinate manpower with field leadership
- Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing
- Track budgets and job costs
- Serve as primary contact for general contractors
What you bring:
- 5+ years of commercial drywall and interiors project management
- Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, and ceiling systems
- Experience with budgets, change orders, and pay applications
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
