Original job description
One of my top clients, a commercial contractor in the OKC area, is looking to add a Project Executive. This role oversees a group of projects and the teams that run them. It's a good fit for a senior leader with strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee financial and schedule results on assigned projects
-Lead and develop project management teams
-Build and keep owner and design team relationships
-Support business development and pursuits
-Resolve high-level contract and project issues
Requirements:
-12+ years of commercial construction experience
-Background as a Senior PM or Project Executive
-Strong financial, leadership and client skills
-Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
