Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction

A respected general contractor in the Chicago area is hiring a Project Engineer for multifamily projects. You'll support mid-rise and podium apartment communities from buyout through turnover.

What You'll Do

• Manage submittals, RFIs and document control
• Support buyout and subcontractor coordination
• Track schedules, inspections and unit turnover
• Keep meeting minutes and project logs current
• Support punch lists and closeout

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of project engineering experience with a general contractor
• Multifamily or residential experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Procore or similar software
• Strong organization and communication
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
