Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a residential construction firm focused on quality new builds and renovations in Western North Carolina. The company is adding a Program Manager - Residential New Build and Renovation to its team in Asheville, NC. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Residential new build or renovation experience, with excellent documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential new build and renovation programs with strict documentation requirements
- Manage a portfolio of residential new build and renovation projects
- Keep documentation, schedules and budgets organized and current
- Communicate clearly with clients, trades and internal staff
Requirements
- Residential new build or renovation experience, with excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
