Our client, a fast-growing land surveying and engineering firm in Southeast Michigan, is seeking a Professional Surveyor to oversee survey projects and deliverables from the office.
Responsibilities:
- Review and certify boundary, ALTA, right-of-way, and topographic surveys
- Perform boundary analysis and research records and deeds
- Guide field crews and coordinate project schedules
- Prepare and review plats, legal descriptions, and drawings
- Communicate with clients, title companies, and agencies
Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Surveyor (PS) in Michigan
- Strong boundary and right-of-way experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar survey software
- Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills
- Primarily an in-office role
