I am partnered with a consulting firm that is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join their team. This role includes managing survey projects, supervising field and office staff, ensuring accuracy of deliverables, and signing/sealing survey documents. This will be a 100% in-office role.

What you will be doing:
- Oversee boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, CSMs, and plats
- Work directly with other team members, mentoring and leading
- Supervise survey crews
- Review field data and ensure accuracy
- Attend project meetings and represent the company professionally
- Interpret deeds, title commitments, easements, and legal descriptions
- Monitor projects from start to finish, interacting with clients
What you will need:
- 5+ years of experience
- PLS required
- AutoCAD, Civil3D
- Strong knowledge of State surveying laws and standards
- Experience with boundary analysis and legal descriptions
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management and leadership experience preferred
- Experience with UAV, LiDAR, or photogrammetry a plus
- Well-developed understanding of surveying process, start to finish
