Products Liability / General Liability Associate

My team is partnering confidentially with a well-regarded client seeking a Products Liability / General Liability Associate in Irvine, CA. This is a strong opportunity for a professional looking for meaningful work and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery and motion practice
• Take and defend depositions and prepare cases for mediation and trial
• Draft clear case evaluations and reports for clients
• Collaborate with partners and support staff on case strategy

Requirements

• 3rd- to 6th-year associate (from bar admission)
• Products liability and/or general liability defense experience
• Active bar license in good standing: California
• Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills

What's Offered

• Hybrid (2 days in office)
• 1,900 annual billable hours, including 50 pro bono hours
• Salary $150K–$195K+
