Are you an experienced attorney looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a Probate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a growing legal team in Oklahoma!
What You'll Do:
- Manage probate matters from opening through closing, including testate and intestate estates.
- Advise clients on Oklahoma probate, estate administration, and guardianship matters.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, inventories, accountings, and final decrees.
- Handle creditor claims, estate assets, and distributions.
- Represent clients in probate and guardianship hearings.
- Work closely with clients, beneficiaries, paralegals, and estate planning attorneys.
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Oklahoma Bar Association membership (required).
- 3+ years of probate, estate administration, or related experience.
- Prior billable hour experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and client counseling skills.
- Clio experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
