Principal, Real Estate (path to Partner)
Location: New York, NY 10001
Opportunity
Join a confidential public accounting opportunity working alongside the owner of an approximately $3 million practice being acquired. The owner will remain with the practice, and the existing team will come with it. This Principal role offers a path to Partner.
Responsibilities
- Take approximately 1,000–1,200 hours of client work off the owner’s workload.
- Serve a client base consisting mostly of high-net-worth real estate clients.
- Work alongside the owner and existing team to support continuity of client service.
Compensation
Base salary: $200,000–$250,000.
